Ingredients

  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
  • Water to make 1 cup juice
  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked and cooled rice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry jello and sugar in hot water.
  2. Add fruit cocktail syrup, water, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Chill until the gelatin is partially set.
  4. Stir in cooked and cooled rice, fruit cocktail, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  6. Chill the pudding until ready to serve.
