Tips & Substitutions

For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mix. If you can't find yellow corn, white corn works as a substitute. Ensure your jars are sterilized properly to preserve the relish effectively. This relish can also be adjusted by adding more sugar or vinegar based on your sweetness or tartness preference.
