Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 lb. crushed saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix the pink salmon, large egg, crushed saltine crackers, and chopped onion thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into individual patties.
  3. Heat an electric skillet and add 1 cup of cooking oil.
  4. Fry the patties in the hot oil until they are brown and crispy on both sides.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels if needed.
