Pistachio Sheet Cake

Deliciously moist pistachio sheet cake with a nutty, buttery crumb and a crunchy pecan topping, perfect for holiday gatherings or casual brunches.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth with an electric mixer.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the batter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. While the cake is baking, blend the following together for a topping.
