Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sausage, ham, or hamburger meat
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of grated American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brown the sausage, ham, or hamburger meat in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add dried oregano and garlic salt to the cooked meat and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking sheet and flatten biscuits into circles on it.
  5. Spread tomato paste over each biscuit circle.
  6. Top with the cooked meat mixture and sprinkle grated American cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden.
