- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake the cheesecake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-50 minutes, or until set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
