Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Riceland extra long grain rice
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, browned and drained sausage, and chopped green onions.
  2. Spoon the rice mixture into a greased shallow baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoned salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the rice and sausage layer.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until set and golden.
