Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) loaf French bread
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the loaf of French bread on a cutting board and carefully split it in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove some of the soft bread from each half to make a slightly hollowed-out loaf.
  4. Place each bread half on a baking sheet, cut sides up.
  5. Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over both halves.
  6. Arrange sliced pepperoni, drained sliced mushrooms, and shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Use your imagination to add your favorite toppings and make the Pizza Planks your own.
