Instructions
- Put the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a hole in the center.
- Add eggs, cooking oil, pumpkin, and vanilla into the hole.
- Mix well until combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of nuts.
- Pour the batter into 2 to 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
