Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2/3 cup Carnation milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tsp chopped pepper
  • 3 tsp onion
  • 3 tsp pimento

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, Carnation milk, salt, and pepper in a mixture.
  2. Cook the meat mixture along with chopped pepper and onion in a frypan.
  3. Drain off excess fat from the cooked mixture.
  4. Add pimento and cream of mushroom soup to the pan.
  5. Stir to blend all ingredients thoroughly.
