Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 small packages Planters peanuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and one package of crushed nuts (peanuts).
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the first layer.
  3. Chill the crust until set.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
  6. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
  7. Prepare the chocolate instant pudding according to package instructions.
  8. Pour the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
  9. Chill the entire cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
