Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the yellow cake mix, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges with juice, and crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake according to the cake mix box instructions, approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
