Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form into a roll.
  3. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Slice and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
