Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pie pastry for 2-crust pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook chopped onion in oil until soft.
  3. Add ground beef; brown lightly.
  4. Stir in tomato soup and salt; blend well.
  5. Line a 9-inch pie pan with pie pastry; moisten edges with cold water.
  6. Pour meat mixture into the pie crust; cover with top pastry.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
