Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. onion (optional)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 3 c. mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet.
  2. Season the meat to taste; add onions if desired and brown with the meat.
  3. Drain the cooked meat.
  4. Return the meat to the skillet.
  5. Layer canned corn and drained green beans over the meat.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the vegetables.
  7. Garnish with cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
