Poor Man'S Perogies
A comforting layered casserole with tender cabbage, cheesy potatoes, and noodles, baked to perfection. Ideal for hearty family meals or cozy gatherings with rich flavors.

Instructions
- Saute cabbage and onion until golden and clear.
- Place 1/3 of the cabbage mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and add 3 cooked lasagne noodles.
- Repeat the previous two layers.
- Layer prepared instant mashed potatoes, slices of American cheese, cooked lasagne noodles, and cabbage mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Pour melted margarine over the entire casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
- Let the casserole rest before cutting and serving.
