Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2/3 cup unpopped popcorn
  • 1 pound unsalted peanuts
  • 1 pound marshmallows
  • 1 pound M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the margarine and marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth (do not boil).
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
  4. Add the M&M candies and peanuts; mix until evenly incorporated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased angel food cake pan.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour to set.
  7. Unmold the popcorn cake and slice with a sharp knife to serve.
