Popular Prawns
Ingredients
- 1 pound prawns peeled & deveined raw ⓘ
- 1/2 tablespoon butter ⓘ
- 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped ⓘ
- 3 cloves garlic chopped fresh ⓘ
- 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning dried ⓘ
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons chili powder depending on how spicy you like it! ⓘ
- 1/2 lemon ⓘ
- kosher salt ⓘ
- ground pepper Fresh ⓘ
- pasta ⓘ
Instructions
- Add olive oil and butter.
- Once butter has melted, add onion and garlic.
- Saute until onion and garlic start to brown.
- Add italian seasoning, parsley, lemon pepper, and chili powder.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add prawns and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Saute until prawns are just cooked through.
- Serve over pasta of your choice and top with cheese.
