Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 packages chili mix (hot or mild)
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut pork chops into small pieces, bone-in.
  2. Cover with water and simmer until the meat falls off the bone.
  3. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, Ro-Tel cans, tomato sauce, water, and chili mix to the pot.
  4. Cook on low heat for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve over rice and enjoy.
