Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 can milk
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 6 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper; let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Brown the seasoned pork chops in a skillet until cooked through.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and onions. Salt to taste.
  4. Place the browned pork chops on top of the layered vegetables.
  5. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the milk until well combined.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and vegetables.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
