Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 5 slices bread, toasted ⓘ
- 4 slices American cheese ⓘ
- 12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled ⓘ
- 4 eggs ⓘ
- 1 tomato, sliced ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons butter ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup milk ⓘ
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced ⓘ

Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast and cut into small pieces.
- Arrange the toast, mayonnaise side up, in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Top the toast with cheese slices and crumbled bacon.
- In a skillet, fry the eggs over medium heat until completely set.
- Place the cooked eggs over the bacon in the baking dish.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until heated through and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with shredded lettuce if desired.
