Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 oz. water
  • 3 oz. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in a casserole pan.
  2. Salt the pork chops to taste.
  3. Mix water, vinegar, chili powder, tomato paste, and lemon juice in a small saucepan and heat just enough to melt the butter.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Chicken can be used in place of pork chops.
