Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • black pepper
  • teriyaki sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 can beer

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in a little butter.
  2. Add black pepper, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and beer.
  3. Simmer until half done.
  4. Add onion rings and mushrooms.
  5. Continue cooking about 15 minutes or until the chops are tender.
