- Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat until the chops are tender and cooked through.
- Remove the chops to a warm platter and skim most of the fat from the pan drippings.
- Add sour cream to the pan and heat gently, avoiding boiling.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops and serve.
