Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Dijon-style mustard
  • butter
  • 15 to 20 seedless grapes

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and spread Dijon-style mustard on one side of each chop.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chops with the mustard side up.
  3. Turn the chops and brown the other side, then spread mustard on the browned side.
  4. Add seedless grapes to the pan and shake it to mix.
  5. Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat until the chops are tender and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chops to a warm platter and skim most of the fat from the pan drippings.
  7. Add sour cream to the pan and heat gently, avoiding boiling.
  8. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and serve.
