Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large pepper
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c V-8 tomato juice
  • 4 to 5 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Brown pork chops in a deep skillet.
  2. Chop onion and add to the chops in the pan, then add the stewed tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until done.
