Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Chinese chili paste
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 3 scallions
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pork, sherry, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, sugar, and chili paste.
  2. Toss to mix well.
