Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork liver
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the pork liver in fat very slowly until browned.
  2. Add flour and minced onion; cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Pour in water and add vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
