Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek olive oil
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 24 Greek black olives
  • 4 soft burrito shells
  • 1 Tbsp. Chinese hot mustard
  • 1/4 c. Oriental soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Mexican salsa sauce
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into 1/8-inch thick slices, each 1/2-inch wide.
  2. Marinate the pork in Italian salad dressing overnight.
  3. Clean the green pepper and cut into 1/4-inch strips.
  4. Clean the Spanish onion and cut into slices.
  5. Cut 16 Greek olives into quarters.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the olives, Chinese hot mustard, soy sauce, and salsa sauce.
