- Cook the rice and put it into a bowl.
- Cook the corn and peas in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Chop the green onions.
- Add the corn, peas, and green onions to the rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut four large squares of aluminum foil.
- Place a pork chop on each piece of foil.
- Sprinkle each chop well with soy sauce.
- Divide the rice mixture equally and place on top of each chop.
- Add a spoonful of cider over each parcel.
- Wrap each parcel securely into the foil.
- Place the parcels on a baking pan and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
