Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, minced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Peel and grate the potato, then add it to the meat mixture.
  4. Add cloves and cinnamon to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour water over the loaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
