- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, minced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Peel and grate the potato, then add it to the meat mixture.

- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Pour water over the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
