Ingredients

  • 3.5 lb. roast
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 large white potatoes
  • 5 carrots

Instructions

  1. Place the roast in a roasting plastic bag with the seasoning mix.
  2. Add the small onion, large white potatoes, and carrots into the bag with the roast.
  3. Seal the bag according to the instructions and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Cook in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, carefully cut open the bag, and serve the roast with vegetables.
