Pot Roast Supreme

Instructions
- Cook roast in pressure cooker or boil, retaining one cup liquid until very tender.
- Remove from pot.
- Add potatoes, onions, celery, green peppers, mushrooms and gravy.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Put roast back in pot and simmer until hot.
- Serves 8 to 10.
