Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup (creamed)
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 2 cans Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix
  2. potatoes, sour cream, soups, cheese, salt, pepper and onion
  3. together.
  4. Put
  5. in
  6. pan.
  7. Sprinkle
  8. with Parmesan. Saute corn flakes in 1/2 stick margarine and put on top. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 1 hour.
