Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Put half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  2. Add half of the browned ground beef over the potatoes.
  3. Add sliced onions on top of the beef.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, and onions.
  5. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together.
  6. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  7. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
