Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 tenderloin steaks
  • 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • dash of soy sauce
  • instant rice

Instructions

  1. Presoak steaks in salt water or a wild game remedy of your choice.
  2. Rinse steaks and place into a lightly greased skillet. Brown the steaks on each side.
  3. Mix bouillon with enough water to completely cover the steaks, then add sliced sweet onion.
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until the steaks are cooked through.
  5. Add more water if necessary during simmering.
  6. Just before serving, add instant rice to absorb remaining water.
  7. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
