Potato-Broccoli-Cheese Bake

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 2 c. milk ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed ⓘ
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed ⓘ
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained ⓘ
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
- Add cream cheese, Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts.
- Add thawed hash brown potatoes and stir well.
