Instructions
- Combine potatoes, onion, water, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Do not drain. Make a white sauce with margarine, flour and milk.
- Add undrained vegetables.
- Heat; add cheese and bacon, stirring until cheese is melted.
- Makes 6 servings.
- This recipe doubles easily.
