Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • cooked spaghetti
  • grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and sliced green onions.
  2. Add salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sliced ripe olives; simmer for 5 minutes longer.
  4. Spoon the sauce over cooked spaghetti.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese before serving.
