Ingredients

  • quartered potatoes
  • onion
  • green pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can pimentos
  • 1 can beef broth

Instructions

  1. Boil quartered potatoes until almost done.
  2. Pour off water from potatoes and set aside.
  3. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  4. Drain pimentos and pour them over the potatoes.
  5. Add the can of beef broth and heat until everything is hot.
  6. Serve hot.
