Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 large can tamales, cut in pieces
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles; drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef; drain.
  3. Mix all ingredients except the cheese.
  4. Put the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
