Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs (butter flavored; 25 crackers)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked, cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and celery seed.
  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and sweet pepper rings if desired.
