Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 6 smoked sausages, sliced
  • 2 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. French onion soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, stirring well.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes until cooked through.
