Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can Mexican style beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion together; drain excess fat.
  2. Melt the Velveeta cheese with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and Mexican-style beans over low heat or in a crock-pot.
  3. Add no water to the soups during melting.
  4. Stir in the cooked hamburger and onion mixture into the cheese and soup mixture.
  5. Serve the dip warm with most kinds of chips.
