Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon or 3 bouillon cubes
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
  2. Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cornbread stuffing mix, drained whole kernel corn, and cream-style corn.
  4. Add the cooked celery mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Loosely stuff chicken or turkey, or place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until hot.
