Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 3-quart pan and remove from heat.
  2. Add softened vanilla ice cream, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream and caramel ice cream topping and pour over the warm cake.
  6. Top with nuts.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
