Instructions
- Melt butter in a 3-quart pan and remove from heat.
- Add softened vanilla ice cream, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Mix sour cream and caramel ice cream topping and pour over the warm cake.
- Top with nuts.
- Cut into squares and serve.
