Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 7 ounces coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Add pecans and coconut; brown lightly.
  3. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and Cool Whip together until smooth.
  4. Pour one-quarter of the cream mixture into each crust.
  5. Add one-quarter of the coconut and pecan mixture on top.
  6. Add one-quarter of the caramel topping.
  7. Repeat layers in the same order.
  8. Cover with foil and place in the freezer until firm.
