- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a foil-lined 15 x 10-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil; cook and stir just until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat; add vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the crackers; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with miniature marshmallows; bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until the top is bubbly and marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Break into squares.
