Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 5 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 cups vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and add vinegar to form a paste.
  2. Cook the mixture until thickened.
  3. If too thick, add a little more vinegar and water to taste.
  4. Allow to cool before storing.
