Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, oleo, sugar, and chopped nuts and pat into a jelly roll pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F until slightly brown, about 15 minutes.
  3. Whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip until smooth and spread on cooled crust.
  4. Prepare pudding with 3 cups milk according to package instructions and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and refrigerate before serving.
