Pudding Dessert Butterscotch

Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 stick butter or margarine.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts and the flour.
  3. Mix together; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
  5. Cool.
